NAC - 空壓通軸式離合器

產 品 介 紹：

通軸式離合器，安裝簡單：安裝固定方式不受進氣口的位置影響。
適合連續滑動或高頻率使用：連續滑動時，散熱效果佳，滑動功率良好。可用于連結，亦適合張力控制或高頻率使用，切實準確。
緩沖起動，具有起動柔和之特性：起動柔和且可用于過負載滑動保護。
可調整之扭力限制器：可經由空壓之調整，作為定拉力制動使用。
扭力調整范圍廣：空氣壓調整范圍0.4～6kgf/cm2容易調整。
防爆性，無火花，安全性：因利用空氣壓力來作動，所以本身就具有防爆性。
不會產生電氣火花，安全性高。
壽命長，保養容易：散熱效果良好，摩擦片耐磨且2片式更換容易。

NAC系列離合器于裝配時應注意其傳動輪的容許范圍A，以及傳動軸的最小長度B，請參閱例圖。
離合器內部兩個止推軸承，因使用條件不同，每1至6個月必須注油潤滑保護。
